Did removing the thin thermal pad in the middle fix uneven core temps and absurdly high temps?
Even a pro has limits, they don't have latest info on AW. They put a paste and give it back to you. BTW, where do you live?

Im trying to find a unlocked BIOS for my machine. Its a Insyde Version 5.0 for F.46 as mine is locked and doesnt have the advanced section open which could increase my fan speed. When i flash a BIOS the fan is much louder and higher RPM. Its a massive difference compared to gaming.

Here is my idle temps.... I dont think I'm having imbalance problems. It might be something else. I wish my BIOS wasnt locked :( InsydeH20 version 5.0 doesn't have access to advanced settings.. 20180429_070121.jpg

In the nvidia control panel --> Manage 3D Settings

    Power management mode = adaptive

Adaptive allows the gpu to downclock.. Sometimes, it will bring down temperature a lot.
Assuming you play games, you can try this .... In the game menu, set fps limit to 60, or enable v-sync.
