I was just wondering if it's worth the effort to upgrade my Acer 5920G's CPU?

It currently has an Intel Centrino Duo T7300.

What would be the best CPU I could swap it out for and are any gains in performance going to be worth the effort/money? I'm presuming I'm limited to sticking in another 800 MHz FSB CPU?

I've upgraded the GPU to a 9600 GT, so taking the thing apart again isn't a problem.

    T9500 is your best choice.

Maybe a X9000 ? Don't know if its worth the price, because of your graphic card.
