SLAPV is a BGA version of the chip; I'm not too sure about the others. QG and ZB seem to be exactly the same, while the fourth one, YY, has slightly different voltages. Not so sure why Intel does this...

Honestly, if you're just looking to upgrade the proc, any of the three FCPGA ones should be fine. I doubt there's any real tangible difference between the three as they're all of the same core, same stepping, etc.

I would be surprised if any at intel would know what exactly every stepping on each CPU has as a uniqe spec :) I guess the guy you called wasn't specialised at T9300 hehe.

Anyways, any would be fine for you, neither is better than the other really, if you're not searching for a specific T9300 that has good OC-potential or such. Doubt even that will matter anyways. :)

There is always different VID voltages on all CPU-models, just because every single chip is uniqe.
