i saw on intel website, just difference on VID voltage...
thanks

Commander Wolf can i haz broadwell?
SLAPV is a BGA version of the chip; I'm not too sure about the others. QG and ZB seem to be exactly the same, while the fourth one, YY, has slightly different voltages. Not so sure why Intel does this...

maybe is different upgrade
I am looking for FCPGA... -
They are made in diffrent places i think.

witch is new?
I called intel but the guy don't know...very funny... -
I would be surprised if any at intel would know what exactly every stepping on each CPU has as a uniqe spec
I guess the guy you called wasn't specialised at T9300 hehe.
Anyways, any would be fine for you, neither is better than the other really, if you're not searching for a specific T9300 that has good OC-potential or such. Doubt even that will matter anyways.
There is always different VID voltages on all CPU-models, just because every single chip is uniqe.
CPU intel T9300 have differents sSpec what is best choice
