I have a mini itx mobo with a P8400 inside. The mobo currently thinks the CPU is running on 1.688V (VIN0, VIN1, VIN2). Temps are between 40 and 50C idling though, with the fan on low (normal temps). HWMonitor AND CPU-Z both report the same voltage.

Is this clearly an error? I know the max Core2 voltage is around 1.3V, but core voltage can go higher.

I ran these programs on a different computer before transferring only the exes to this one (it's isolated from the internet) via flash drive. Does that matter at all?
