Hey now every time i check my current cpu speed in cpu-z it now always caps just below 800Mhz, and the bus just below 100Mhz. WTF!? No mater what im doing, even when my cores at 100% it wont go higher! Previously when i used to check, it would go up to just below the 2.2Ghz of my c2d cpu, now it never goes that high! wth? Yes, i have my lappy plugged in!

Maybe you have some kind of power saver on by accident.
You should try another program like Everest's CPUID.

Hey it worked! i did have it on power saver, because i use it for when im on battery, but i never knew that those settings would affect me when im plugged in! no wonder why my computer seemed slower, and right now when i just did it my HD got louder and became fast again! lol thanx.. weird i thought that only applies to battery.
