Hey I decided to have a go at undervolting my CPU and so thought the easiest way was to download CPUgenie and run the Automatic Wizard. I have left it on over night choosing the Standard, 10 mins stress test option. Coming back this morning I have noticed that it has changed all my FIDs to 0.925 voltage. Except the 8.0x one which is still running but seems to be nearing it. I assume this means that the laptop has not crashed once yet?
Is this normal and okay? or have I done something wrong? It seems a bit odd that all FIDs from 6.0x to 7.5x can be run at 0.925 volts?
I have an iPower gx 900 m by packard bell and the cpu is an Intel Core 2 Duo P7450 (Penryn-3M)
Am i just really lucky to have CPU that can be undervolted so much?
eg. FID: 7.5x Original Voltage: 1.137V Best Volatage: 0.925V PASSED
Hope that all made sense and thanks for your time and help!

You can try manually stress testing it with those voltages if you're unsure of how thorough their testing is.

It has now finished stress testing and set all FIDs to 0.925 so i am going to run orthos for half hour and see if the computer hangs. Thanks for your reply

i'd using RM clock or throttlestop.. i found CPUgenie to be the most confusing and really the worst undervolting software... look for the undervolting guide and undervolt from there.. whatever info u need is there...
