    Can I Put The Hd Of My Old Laptop Into My New One?

    I recently broke my new hp laptop (droped it!). I went out and bought the exact same model (this time with the accidental damage warrenty) and they both have vista home. I was wondering if I could simply take the HD out of my old laptop and put it into the new one. I don't wanna brake it or cause any errors...

    Thanks, it did work eventually but It had to "repair" the old HD.
