I bought a Dell 1537 laptop for my DW and it didnt come with Bluetooth. Is there a way to add this feature inside the case?

    From the service manual:

    http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/studio1537/en/sm/minicard.htm#wp1181360

So yes, you can add BT to the 1537, just make sure you get a mini-PCIe module. Ideally you should get the BT module that originally shipped with the 1537 (Dell 370), but I'm sure older Dell or non-Dell BT modules would work too.
