    Which ones can be added to a Notebook after purchase...
    (As a external USB device or Express Card)

    1- Modem (RJ-11 port)
    2- ADSL Modem
    3- TV tuner
    4- Fingerprint Reader
    5- Webcam
    6- HDMI port
    7- extra USB ports
    8- Express Card Reader
    9- WiFi
    10- Memory Card Reader

    These can:

    Modem if its USB or something (goes for regular as well as ADSL).
    TV Tuner
    Webcam
    extra USB ports
    Memory Card reader
    Wifi

    These can be added externally via USB. You can't build them into the laptop.

    Wifi can be added via PC Card/PCMCIA/CardBus as well as USB.

    it depends which computer youre getting, some of those could be added internally after purchase, but seeing as you dont want to do that...
    Everything the punisher said, and i believe that there are, in fact, external fingerprint scanners

    1- Modem (RJ-11 port) - There should be a usb modems but IDK about a expresscard for this
    2- ADSL Modem -There should be a USB solution
    3- TV tuner-both express/usb devices
    4- Fingerprint Reader-i think there are only usb devices for this
    5- Webcam-there are usb devices
    6- HDMI port-no idea but a docking station via USB or expresscard might have it(dont know about signal quality)
    7- extra USB ports-a usb hub or expresscard module
    8- Express Card Reader-Most new laptops come with a express card so do you mean a PC card or are you looking for a USB to Expresscard option?
    9- WiFi-usb and expresscard
    10- Memory Card Reader both usb and expresscard devices.
