I have a Latitude D630 with Dell's 1390 wireless card. A friend is ordering a D630 with Dell's Wireless-N card. Is swapping these cards fairly simple? I feel a little uneasy about taking the screen apart and am wondering if the antenna is the same for both cards.

    Thanks.

I believe that wireless-N antenna assemblies are set up differently from wireless a/b/g. If you are reluctant as it is about taking the screen apart as it is, I would refrain from doing so. Try calling a Dell rep to ask them specific questions about the card (if it is made by Dell).
