I have a Dell E6510 with a Samsung 256GB Solid State Drive SSD HD.

I am wondering if I can switch hard drives with Thinkpad T410 or Thinkpad X220??

    or no?

Yes you can physically swap it into the T410. X220 only officially accepts 7mm 2.5" drives, though people can stuff 9.5mm inside, tight fit.

I recommend reinstalling the OS after you do the swap.
