Hi, I have a Lenovo ideapad u530 touch.
I would like to know if I can upgrade my graphics card to anything better. Will my laptop be able to support it? I will list my specs of my computer currently below.
The reason I would like to upgrade is for some gaming.
    motherboard-Plum 5A
    1 TB hard drive
    8 GB RAM
GeForce GT 730 - Current graphics card.

Is my laptop able to support a newer/better graphics card than this?

no, currently non of the Lenovo models have MXM upgradable GPU's those are only found on a few higher end gaming units from Clevo/Sager, MSI and Alienware as well as a few business and workstation models from Dell and HP

with some models with expresscard or spare mPCIE slots you can use an external graphics card but they tend to be cumbersome and limited depending on your needs. I run one on an X230 for adding CUDA rendering support with a Quadro GPU

almost all laptops, especially all thin and light models have the graphics card soldered onto the motherboard and are not replaceable at all.
