    Nopes. And it is risky as well (if it was possible), because dedicated graphics card output much more heat than an integrated does, and if your notebook was built with an integrated graphics card most likely it will not be able to cool down the notebook if it had a dedicated graphics card.

    No, there is no PCIe slot or anything for a GPU connection if you have an integrated card.
