You should always try to run a RAID array with identical drives. Unless you have a good backup solution and are running I/O intensive business/scientific applications (game loading time is not one of those cases), RAID-0 is not worth it.

4K Random Reads/Writes are what give you the responsiveness and those actually take a slight/negligible hit in RAID0. Unless you’re doing sequential file transfers it probably won’t really do much for you, other than maybe just giving you a single logical drive. As @saturnotaku mentioned above, it’s not going to do much to boost loading times or anything. If maximizing sequential speeds is your goal then yeah RAID0 will be good.

Here is an example of my Western Digital SN730 SSDs both in RAID and single drive setup benchmarks:
AS SSD Benchmark - 2x Western Digital PC SN730 NVMe SSDs in RAID 0 [64K Data Strip Size]
AS SSD Benchmark - Single Western Digital PC SN730 NVMe SSD
CrystalDiskMark- 2x Western Digital PC SN730 NVMe SSDs in RAID 0 [64K Data Strip Size]
CrystalDiskMark - Single Western Digital PC SN730 NVMe SSD
