If yes, how by using RMClock? I cant get the stress test to run at the lowest multiplier possible...

Each CPU will be different, you might not be able to undervolt your low multiplier. I was able to get all of mine undervolted, but i also got lower than most everyone else i've seen with x9000's
So your CPU might just not accept an undervolt at the lowest multiplier it has. -
Follow the RMClock guide... You should be able to disable all the higher multipliers...
