Hi, i recently wanted to get a 12" sub-notebook. However i am a heavy gamer. (far Cry...) Are there any sub-notebooks which can suit my needs currrently out in the market? My budget is about USD $1600 - $1700.

also can you upgrade a notebook's graphic card?

    Thanks

I doubt you'll find anything good for gaming that has a 12" screen. Most gaming laptops have at least a 15.4 inch widescreen display.

Can the graphics card be upgraded? That depends. I'm about to upgrade the graphics in my laptop, but the card I'm buying is a spare part from Dell that is made specifically for my laptop.

thanks DMB14, but do you know if there are any sub-notebooks which are good at graphics/gaming?

    thanks

Hey, was wondering if anyone knows if there are any other sub-notebook or ar least a smaller than 14.1 notebook with a GAMING type spec around? Even if it doesn't come with an internal drive.

    Cheers

Can someone tell me how to find out if i can upgrade the graphics card on my notebook. I'm about to buy a IBM T43 with a 64mb card and I was wondering if I could upgrade this in the future.
