    Cannot reboot my laptop! I want to restore it ..Help Please

    I have an Advent 9115 which has been working perfectly until the new itunes update which it wont allow me to do.

    I had my laptop repaired over a year ago and I think they have put a fake version of windows 7 on it. ( the screen is blurred)

    when I F8 on restart I now dont get the reboot option ..nor do my recovery CDs work. I just want to clear the laptop and start again with its factory settings..

    what are my options?
