the answer is no. IGP stands for Integrated Graphics which means you are stuck with it, sorry. The only option is to sell your notebook and wait till they release the PCI express line of notebooks.

PCI-E express notebooks are out by several manufactures right now. HP, Compaq, Sager, Alienware, Voodoo and more. I'm affraid Gio you can't upgrade your notebook. Still not a bad machine. You can play games just not the most advanced games.

Unfortunately, no, you can't upgrad ethe video card. I would also like to point out, Tacjam, that the PCI-Express models from all of those makers, including HP/Compaq are all very expensive ($1800+). The TravelMate 2200 is roughly a sub-$1000 system (at least on pcconnection.com, where I found one for like $600-$700). I would suggest waiting until the Dell Inspiron 6000 gets a 128 mb X300, which still won't be top-of-the-line, but still a big improvement from IGP.

The ZD8000 starts at around $1200 and the X6000 around $1100. Both have PCI-E (granted at that price level, your ram and hard drive suffers, but it can be had)The ZD8000 offers the X600 128 and 256MB cards. The X6000 can be had with the X300 or X600 in memory configs from 64-256MB

It's really that it's not important to ioncrease the ram to the maximum capacity to obtain the best performance? if it's what's the best level now i've 512 mb

Upgrading ram does make a difference, but not that big of one. And also, the ZD8000 was over $1800 for a satisfying system, but not even WinMCE, only 3.2 ghz, only 512 ram or something like that. Yes, it starts at about 1200, but that is like with everything at the lowest/none.
