    Is there anywhere I can get a 4GB DIMM of DDR3 1066 RAM for cheap?

    not really, its pretty hard to find cheap 4GB modules

    occasionally cheap deals do pop up on ebay though

    I don't think you are going to find it any lower than the link I posted. Most places sell their cheap stuff at over $300. Give it some time, like a year or so.

    Honestly, most people don't need 4GB modules. If you do, you can afford it or you will spend the cash because the benefits of your work outweigh/justify the cost.
