    RAM brands don't matter. Pick the one with the best warranty.

    Price maybe cheap but G.Skill RAMs have some great chips on 'em. Highly overclockable modules.

    Your laptop has 4Gb in its standard configuration.
    Are you looking to get another 4Gb stick to pair up with the first one, so you take advantage of the dual-channel speed?

    What kind of memory do you have installed now?

    How many RAM slots do you have? And how much memory do you want to install? I'm guessing you want to have 8Gb installed.

    Another vote for G.Skill. They're cheap, and the company really stands behind the product. They replaced a very old stick of DDR2 desktop memory that failed on me. All I had to do was submit a form with proof of purchase and send in the old stick. They sent back a brand new one, no questions asked.
