I'm currently troubleshooting my motherboard for my Alienware 17 R1. I'm trying to figure out if my MXM slot is dead or if my 880m is dead. I'd like a GPU that supports both LVDS and eDP, but it needs to be quite cheap as this will just be a test card. I'm currently looking into getting a Firepro M4000. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks!

No no fire pro no Bueno
Nvidia has a quadro in the same family as the 660m iirc and should also be quite cheap I believe one or maybe two members used for getting into the bios and doing the switch into dgpu mode.
I wish I still had my 860m I would just give it to you but I can't find it anymoreTenoroon likes this. -
I know I'm new/untrusted, but if someone were to lend me a GPU, I wouldn't mind paying shipping both ways and a small fee.
Also, @Reciever are you talking about the K1100m? -
Might be the k2100m or k1200m something like that
Cheapest MXM GPU that supports LVDS and eDP
