    Can anyone give me detailed specs for this screen, E.g. contrast rations brightness e.t.c

    can't help you with the screen, but just wanted to let you know that you won't be able to upgrade to DDR3 RAM, even for christmas ;)

    Hahaha....Yeah, you can't upgrade to DDR3. :D
    Well, if you have the screen connected to your computer, you might be able to find some info in PC Wizard 2008 or PowerStrip.

    I can upgrade to DDR3, my system is built off a barebone laptop system, which has both DDR2 and DDR3 memory slots (it says clearly in the booklet with specs and printed on the motherboard) :)

    Wow, thats some motherboard. (Which is it ?)

    Does it have 4 slots, 2 for DDR2 and 2 DDR3 ? :eek:

    No idea which model it is, But im pretty sure i saw asus printed on it, and yeah it has 2 for both, 2 black slots for DDR3 and 2 blue ones for DDR2
