I read that ATI was optimizing chipset's to let the Turion 64 x 2 cpu run it's full potential. When will these be available?

Does the core 2 duo develop it's potential with the current 945 chipset? If not does anyone know about new chipsets?

Core2 is optimized on the new Santa Rosa platform. I think it's the 965 chipset. Not sure about notebooks in this case. I know Santa Rosa is made to cater to the Core2.
