    Hey guys,

Im trying to clear out some room on my 120GB intel 510 SSD, but im running into a lot of troubles. Basically, despite having my account set as administrator, I am unable to edit any files on my C:/ drive (SSD) without having permission from "system". I cant edit the security setting for the drive to allow my user account to edit either without "system" permission. Does anyone have advice?
I am unable to so much as delete the useless games folder that comes with windowsÂ…

Big problem for me is that my SSD has 32.4GB on it despite the fact that windows is only ~13GB, and ive installed nothing on the drive myself. Looking at where all that stored data is is fruitless as all the folders dont add up to nearly that amount, and even if they did I cant edit anything.

My only option at this point seems to be a clean install, but Im afraid to do so because Ive never done it before. Any suggestions? These are some of the guides ive been lurking:

    Disable hibernation.
Reduce pagefile size(depends on the installed RAM).
Clean C: with CCleaner and Wise Disk Cleaner.
If you installed Windows 7 SP1 delete the superseded files.
    Delete unnecessary restore points.

    Thanks Maximus, appreciate it.
If anyone else has advice on anything related to my issues, it would be nice to hear it. The computer is running beautifully, I just need to resolve my issue with how much space is taken up on the SSD...
