I was about to ask ya'll whether such a beast exists, but then I did some googleing around and found at least one reseller bundling M570Us with 160GB hard drives:

    http://www.rjtech.com/m570u.htm

R&J Technology. Ok price, but no way to bundle the system with a better audio card (Audigy) while ordering.

resellerratings.com has excellent rating on these guys. I assume people here are happy with them, too?

Anyone have any other resellers? The usual suspects seem to go up to 120GB only.

The rjtech one you're looking at is the first M570U with a 160GB HD that I've heard of. But it's only a matter of time before it becomes more widely available.

The 160gb HD has been around for a while(ASUS VX1 has it and its been out for about a month), but like all the highest spec, its pretty costly, the cost:space ratio is uber high.

The Clevo M570U does not have a PCMCIA Type II slot, which is what the Audigy 2 ZS Notebook card uses; explains why you do not see it being offered as an option.

The M570U can accept a modular bay hard drive, so you could purchase an additional SATA 2.5" hard drive aftermarket and use it in there. If you need all that storage, you are better off buying an external hard drive. Here's a picture:
