    Hello everyone,

I recently bought the Clevo PZ751ZM from Xnotebooks, a holland company. In the manual they are referring to a mSata slot so I buyed a Crucial 512GB SSD mSATA but now that I opened my laptop, I can't find the slot.

Anyone know where he is located ? I can't find any information about this...

Oh boy, I think u dun goofed. The laptop has M.2 not mSATA.

And yeah that's a SATA port for a 2.5" hard drive.

    Fuuuu.
I hope the store can exchange me this to another drive.

Anyway, as it's a 2.5" slot, does this SSD will work on it ? http://www.shscomputer.be/fiche/2000014342.php

I never inserted any kind of Hardrive in my entire life, I need to be really sure about the connector etc.
    Many thanks guys !

You need an M.2 SSD in the 80mm (Type 2280) form factor.

Yeah any 2.5" SSD will work no problem. For 2.5" HDD make sure it's 9.5mm or thinner.

Looks like the laptop has space for two M.2 80mm and two 2.5" 9.5mm drives.

Where do you see the space for the 2.M ? Can you show me the slots positions please ?

Also, I feel like the 2.5" ssd drive won't connect to the bottom slot. How do you connect it ? Just plug in and it's good to go ?

    Thx

BTW I was wrong. Looks like it can take all 42mm, 60mm, and 80mm M.2 SSDs.

What do you mean won't connect? Just put SSD into bay and plug it into the slot. Make sure you slide it in flat and not at an angle.

It has two 2.5" SSD slots for up to 9.5mm thick, and two M.2 SSD's, 42, 60, or 80mm. Just move the standoff screw. Remove battery and power supply before you install anything. Then just remove the screw in the standoff, insert SSD in the slot at a slight angle, push down, hold in place while you add the screw. Done.

There's a whole big thread on it here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/threads/official-clevo-p75xzm-batman-sager-np9752-owner´s-lounge-welcome-to-the-batcave.767105/
