Hi all,
I'm in a peculiar situation.
With the company pc (HP Zbook studio G2) they gave me a HP 230W (lol) Thunderbolt G2 Dock.
I Have the Clevo in signature and i'm trying to make it work with the dock, perfectly functioning with the Zbook.
With the Clevo USB and Ethernet works fine; the two monitors (HP 27'' and HP 22'') however are fully recognized and the pc acts like its driving them, but they're complaining no signal is available and remaining black.
For "acts like its driving them" i mean they figure on screen settings, NVIDIA control panel, the mouse goes there while extended and so on.
They are connected to the dock via displayport to HDMI adapter.
So far i've done:
BIOS Thunderbolt security policy on "unique ID"
BIOS DDI control set to "DP to TBT"
Monitor DP hotplug detection set to "always active"
Installed HP G2 dock drivers SP101240 and SP99420
Thanks in advance

Hi Sentential,
thanks for the reply, you're the second in two weeks of this post in 3 forums.
I have read the link you shared, but they say it's an issue with 4k transmission, while both my monitors are 1080p.
I still have to find a friend with a thunderbolt-to-HDMI or thunderbolt-to-DisplayPort adaptor, to try connecting the pc directly to the monitors to at least determine if the video signal from the thunderbolt is there or not.Last edited: Jun 22, 2020 -
Update: with a USB C-to-DisplayPort adapter plugged in the Thunderbolt and a DP cable, the main monitor works.
This means that the video is going through the Thunderbolt and the docking station is blocking it for some reason.luisxd and Charles P. Jefferies like this.
