The click sound is likely your hard drive parking the read/write head(s), which is normal. Also, it is also fairly common for laptops to emit high-frequency noise; there is no definite fix for it, although some people have claimed that disabling the S3 management state for the CPU has worked. This can be done with a program called RMClock.

PS; is your capslock key broken or something?

This noise is the coming from the harddrives. Every system which has a PATA based IDE controller will make a loud noise every time the system shuts off. This is to push the heads off of the drive.
This is a normal sound, and will happen when you shut the system off, put it into standby etc.
However this noise should not happen when the system is on.
If it does, you may want to set your power options, in the control panel so that the harddrive is set to "Always on"
