Hi, I wanted to know if it is best to disconnect from the wi-fi internet before shutting down the laptop, or leaving it on and shutting the laptop off is fine? And btw, if I wanted to disconnect from wi-fi regularly, should I use the switch to completely shut it off in the front of my laptop or should I just press the disconnect button on the "connect to" option? Thanks! :)

No need to disconnect before shutting down the system. Its perfectly safe, ive been doing it for years.

Its best you toggle the wifi in windows so the actual hardware switch doesnt get worn. Its still fine if you use either anyway.
