    Compaq CQ60 BIOS

    weird problem , i have been tyring to fix but i couldnt fix it

    i have a laptop and its a compaq cq60-211dx and the bios version is F.32
    im trying to update the bios to newer versions but it wont work

    everytime i download the bios update from compaq website and extract it and then run it , the insyde2ho program runs and it ask me do you want to upgrade you bios i press yes then is says writing and then the insyde program disappears and the computer locks it self until i remove the power and the battery

    i tried upgrading the bios using usb flash drivers and cds using the win+b key and the machine beeps and beeps then it turns off but t hen when i go in to the bios is it still F.32

    any clues?

    Is this the BIOS you are trying to install?

    yes it is that one and the previous versions are giving me the same error or the same weird problem
