    Hello,

I have the following notebook: Software & driver downloads Compaq Presario CQ60-228US Notebook PC | HP® Support

It is now an older notebook, but it is surprisingly in good condition and still operating well with Windows 7 64bit. I have gone through a great deal of problems with this notebook overheating and crashing (BSODs), but I have recently fixed the majority of my overheating problems by lowering the voltage supplied to the CPU by using K10Stat, cleaning the air vents and fan, as well as reapplying thermal paste on the CPU and GPU.

I would like to further reduce the heat of my notebook with a modded BIOS that would allow the GPU to operate at lower voltages and allow the fan speed to be modified. Would someone be willing to modify this BIOS for me? The original BIOS can be found at the link I provided above. Thanks for any help or input you may have regarding this post.
