RAM - yes. Graphics - No, you are stuck with whatever integrated graphics was offered with that particular series.

Your laptop uses the pentium M processors, and your system can support up to the Pentium M 780 running at 2.26Ghz.

Your system has an Intel accelerator integrated graphics, which means that the graphics card is soldered to the motherboard, and cannot be upgraded.

The memory in your laptop is ddr sodimm memory running at Pc2700 266Mhz speed

    Your laptop supports a maximum of 1gb of memory (2 x 512mb).

The harddrive in your laptop is on the ATA interface, so it can be upgraded to a faster 5400rpm or 7200rpm drive.
