    I was wondering if anyone has taken a Compaq r4000 (or r3000 or equilivant HP model) which did not have a built in wireless and added wireless. if so how to do so and where to put it!. i have found HP broadcom miniPCI cards on ebay and im wondering how to install it

    ok so i took apart my notebook to look at the insides...found under the keyboard the miniPCI bus and the other ram bus (helpfull :p). Now what im wondering is if there is any way to get the wireless on/off button working, if i can find one to put in there. and if so anyone know where i can get one?
