    Check your hardware to determine the exact nature of your RAM. I think the V2000 uses DDR PC2700 RAM, so you should be fine.

    Kingston ValueRAM is really good, and offers the best bang for the buck, I bought the ValueRAM from CircuitCity for $50 after rebate, for a 512MB stick. CircuitCity often has this for sale at that price,..., you might want to check this.

    The value ram isn't tested as much slightly increasing the chance in won't work.
