    Hi,
I think I burned something related to the USB on my dell i9200,it works fine but ALL USB ports + bluetooth are down, is there a shop/technician that does component level repair in the Midwest (Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Minnesota,...). ANY advice is appreciated

If you take it to a service center that is not approved by Dell, you'll void the warranty.

It sounds like you fried part of the motherboard, which will most likely need to be replaced to fix the issue. You fry something like that and there is no surefire way to fix it.
