I just got a new Sony Vaio Pro 13 about 2 months ago, and I'd say about a month ago, it's been experiencing problems falling asleep. It doesn't happen all the time, but some of the times, after I simply close the lid of the computer (or manually put the computer to sleep) and turn it back on, all the programs that were running would be off. So, I have to reopen all the applications again, etc. The wi-fi isn't usually connected, and sometimes, while I'm using the computer (after rebooting it from sleep), it goes to a Blue Screen of Death. I get the error NPC-WATCHDOG-VIOLATION sometimes as well.

I looked this error up, and there doesn't really seem to be any sure explanation for the error. Some suggested it was a firmware issue with my hard drive (it's a 128gb SSD (samsung mzhpu128hcgm-00000)), and I'd have to reinstall the driver. The only problem is that it doesn't seem to be on the samsung website... or any reliable website for that matter, and the computer says the driver's up to date. Now that I got Windows 8.1, whenever I boot it from sleep, all the applications close.

    What do I do?
