This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     i don't know if this is the right place for this thread so let me know. i just got my T61p, but i want to get rid of all the bloatware and just keep what i absolutley need so the laptop will startup faster than it does because it seems kind of slow. any suggestions?

    Also refer to the ThinkVantge Software Guide which gives a description of the ThinkVantage software installed on your T61p so that you can make the decision of whether you want to keep those programs or not.
