    Hi,
My Lenovo desktop machine (model: 8778/A14) running in WinXP sp2 does reboot again and again there and I can't get into Windows even if I've selected Safe mode for it. Even if I've tried any one of the options after having pressed 'F8', it does reboot again and again. Any advice?

For such model, how to recover it to its original status right after purchase?

    Thanks & Best Regards, HuaMin

I would try hitting F8 and disable automatic reboot on failure, it's probably blue screening.
