I really don't understand how Vista works out the scores for each system... I have 2 systems here running Vista... the first is an AMD 4600+ X2, X850 XT PE, 2GB DDR Ram

This system scores 4.9 on the test:

    And then there's my second system.. an Intel Core 2 Duo T7400 (2.16ghz), Mobility X1600, 2GB DDR2

    This system only scores 4.3

Why is there such a difference between the Graphics 3D and the Aero graphics scores. :S

Compared to the X850 with 5.9 .. the Mobility X1600 with 4.3 doesnt make sense :S Surely the X1600 is the same speed roughly as the X850?

No really, the X850 XT is better than the X1600 mobility by some margin.. and further, the X1600 may have lower-than-usual clocks.

Desktop and mobile graphics cards cannot be compared head to head, and a desktop counterpart is roughly twice as powerful as its mobile version.
You could see this if you could compare a desktop 1600 and a laptop one.
