I'm not sure if this has been asked but I did do a quick search and didn't come up with anything.. Is it possible at all to turn the VGA output on a laptop into a VGA input? I have an LG S1 and it has standard VGA output, but I'd like to be able to plug something into it and get it to display on the laptop's lcd screen.. Thanks in advance

No, that VGA-OUT port is a direct connection from your GPU, has nothing to do with your LCD. A bidirectional port would be an awesome idea though. I've addressed just what you are thinking in this thread, hopefully we'll see more manufacturers taking an interest in putting video input on their laptops.
