    My laptop seems to run quite hot, even when I'm just surfing the web, and especially when I'm playing games.

    It seems like the left side is fine, but the right side is hot as hell. I have read through some threads about coolers, but I want coolers that fits 17inchers, ie I don't want half of my laptop hanging off nor half of my laptop sticking out.

    Price range is about 25 to 30 MAX. I'm a college student, can't afford more than that :( . Also course I live in a dorm, the cooler needs to be fairly silent.
