Okay i have a question. I cant find the answer on the net. A core solo is basically a core duo with only one processor right? If that is so, why cant we add a processor later? Thanks.

You don't just put two core solo's one on top of the other to make a core duo.
A Core Solo is the same as a Core Duo with only one active core.

So as you can see both the Core Solo and the Core Duo are the same chip. One has two active cores and the other only has one active. You don't add another Core Solo to make it Duo.
