    I'm wondering what the difference is between corsair 512MB PC2700 Sodimm and SimpleTech 512MB PC2700 Sodimm?

    Could you put more specs or model numbers. There might be a difference in timings ie latency (CL). If all is the same and there is no big price diff I would personally pick corsair

    That's all the specs i see on tigerdirect.ca.. but the simpletech model is about $13 more... i was just wondering what i'm paying if i got the simpletech one

    I checked tigerdirect and both manufacturer's websites. Both report that the latency of the modules are 2.5
    So practically the specs are the same.
    As I said I would go with corsair, they make excellent modules. + you are saving money that way!
