    Glue would work i gusse. If i were you i would just live with it or buy a new bottom peice for the laptop but it requires dissembly to install.

    I don't think glue will work it`s a stressed component?, and i can see a number of hairlike cracks also, I think you need a new base assembly at least.

    Has the hinge done this damage or did you drop it?

    Replacement of the bottom assembly would be your best option...
    If you're going to glue it, don't just stick glue on it like it is. You'll have to take it apart, put the broken pieces together and build up a good amount of epoxy, then re-drill the holes and sand it where needed.

    eithe buy a new plastic base, or get a plastic welder.
    A plastic welder usually runs around $50-100
    You can put anything back together which has plastic in it

    Glue is not going to hold that plastic together, there is a lot of stress at the hinges.
