    Hello,

    I have a HP Pavillion dv6516 Laptop.

Well I couldn't create recovery disks earlier, I bought it in September 2007.

When I try to create RD now, it gives the error as in attached image.

I have only uninstalled Roxio and installed Firefox, plus 2 games installed, plyead and uninstalled.

What can I do to create them now?

    Thanking you

Hmmm.. try rewinding the computer as far as you can go using System Restore, then try again.

I'm assuming your computer came with a CD-RW or DVD-RW, no?

Also, try contacting HP and ask them about it...it is possible you were not given a burning drive.
