Hi guys, i have this problem where its bothering me for a long time and i can't seem to find any answer at all, hopefully i'll get some help here :D

I have a Creative Audigy 2 ZX pcmia sound card. Problem is that, being a gamer myself, i seem to use my microphone a lot. For some reason, my mic are really workign properly. say for example when i try to record my self, my actual speech volume is very low, however the feedback (fuzzing noise) is strong. I've got a feeling that its on some sort of 3d recording mode. I am currently not at home atm, so i can't put up a screen shot of all the settings, but perhaps i can do it once i get home. :D So has anyone run into simliar issue? or any advices? Thanks in advance
