Anybody here buy, install and or install the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi notebook PCI-E?

I have one and am having problems gettng to work on a brnd new install to XP SP2 (x86). I don't have the origional install CD, so this may be part of the issue. I can get the base driver installed and Creative Media Sorce app, but I get no EQ, THX Console, or several other features I thought to be incleded with this card. I know it doesn't have DTS like my old PCMCIA card but I'd like to have the EQ if possible. I also cannot get card to work if selected through notebook speakers, only through headphones and optical out. I have to pull card to get onboard RealTck to play audio. Same for record line in. If I have X-Fi selected, I can only record if X-Fi is selected but cannot monitor audio through speakers, only headphones.

    Any feedback is welcome.

you might be able to call creative and have them send you a replacement CD.
