    Hi has anyone here purchased or tried out the creative X-fi to go??

    I am considering buying it but cannot find a good review on it anywhere!!
    Iv seen reviews on similar stuff but nothing on it specifically..

    sorry Fishy, dunno. I just ordered and received the Creative surround usb device that allows you to get 6.1 surround sound on a vista notebook. I havent hooked it up yet. the X-Fi to go sounds interesting too. Not sure what advantages it has over the X-fi surround, cuz that thing is pretty portable as well. Let me know how it works if you get it.

    I have it hooked up and it is awesome. I wish their was more documentation for the software, because there are several different programs and it can get confusing to know which one does what, but the sound is very good.

    sound isn't much better then onboard
    its not very good, i wouldn't recommend it
