    I noticed they have a new release of firmware, I am currently running 002 and just wondering what the best way to install 009 is?? I am assuming you have to make a disk?

    Have you gone to the Crucial web site. It has step by step instructions on how to update the firmware in the PDF "guide" under "Boot from CD Option"
