I put in my Crucial M4 without taking out my original hdd.
The setting from bios was RAID and firmware on ssd is 0002 from factory.
I put in my windows dvd and started installing windows. Everything went ok and then i started installing drivers. System froze, forced reboot it and then it would give me an error. Looking into bios i could see that the ssd is still recognized but says 0Gb. At this point i could still boot into windows installation of my original hdd. The ssd was no long found in windows disk management.
I tried to set bios to ahci and insert my windows dvd and try to reinstall. My windows dvd doesnt get passed starting windows screen. Meanwhile the windowd n original hdd wont boot up and is giving me bsod.
I removed the ssd and the windows dvd is getting passed starting windowd and i am attempting to reinstall windows on origina hdd.
What is the problem with my ssd, what happened there, i just can't figure out how the ssd died and is daying 0Gb in bios and how it managed to screw up my windows on my original hdd as well.
    Any information is apreciated

Did you try it without the HDD, just the SSD in port 1? See if windows will load then.

Did you try a full powerdrain? Dont know if it will help but worth a shot.

Yeah, remove battery and the small coin cell and hold the powerbutton for about 30 sec. Only install the ssd in port 1, leave the hdd out.

Power on go to bios and make sure you are in AHCI, boot of DVD and see if it worked.

But you should first format the SSD using your macbook.

Dunno if it will help but at least the SSD is completly empty. If it doesnt work with the SSD try the same with the HDD. Format it with the help of your macbook.
